📋 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of L2 support experience in IT industry.
• Background in IT systems, networking, or hardware.
• Experience with ticketing tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu) environment.

✨ Nice to Have

• Scripting knowledge (Bash, JavaScript, PHP).
• Server and hardware support experience.
