As a Junior Consumer Support Navigator, you will provide inbound and outbound customer support via webchat and phone in a life sciences environment, assisting the Nurse Navigator team and answering consumer inquiries using approved FAQ documents. Your role ensures seamless access to trusted healthcare information for millions of patients.

Requirements

  • Active LPN licensure
  • Available to work 20 hours/week including evenings until 8pm EST
  • Reside in one of specified US states
  • 1+ year call center experience in life sciences or healthcare preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written, and computer skills; type 35 wpm

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound webchat and telephonic consumer inquiries following client guidelines
  • Perform outbound webchats professionally
  • Respond to consumer questions using approved FAQ documents
  • Escalate priority issues to manager or Nurse Navigator
  • Document all interactions in Ostro's database and report adverse events
