As a Junior Consumer Support Navigator, you will provide inbound and outbound customer support via webchat and phone in a life sciences environment, assisting the Nurse Navigator team and answering consumer inquiries using approved FAQ documents. Your role ensures seamless access to trusted healthcare information for millions of patients.
Requirements
- Active LPN licensure
- Available to work 20 hours/week including evenings until 8pm EST
- Reside in one of specified US states
- 1+ year call center experience in life sciences or healthcare preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, and computer skills; type 35 wpm
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound webchat and telephonic consumer inquiries following client guidelines
- Perform outbound webchats professionally
- Respond to consumer questions using approved FAQ documents
- Escalate priority issues to manager or Nurse Navigator
- Document all interactions in Ostro's database and report adverse events
