🎯 What You'll Do

• Configure and optimize HiBob HRIS system configuration
• Design automated workflows for employee lifecycle events
• Manage data integrations with payroll and EOR partners
• Resolve People Operations tickets to ensure employee experience

📋 Requirements

• Strong expertise in HiBob including workflows and reporting
• Proven experience streamlining manual HR processes through automation
• Experience managing People Ops ticketing environments
• Excellent communication skills in English
