💼 About This Role

You'll own pre-production workflows for a robotics startup using autonomous drones for warehouse inventory. You'll manage supplier relationships and inventory health to scale resilient production. This role is foundational to our production operations in Mountain View, CA.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Forecast production volume and generate procurement plans.
• Negotiate, set terms, and schedule blanket purchases.
• Monitor and mitigate inventory and supply chain risks.
• Coordinate international shipments and receiving across facilities.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in supply chain for robotics, medical devices, aerospace, PCBA, or 3C electronics.
• Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Experience with modern ERP and inventory management software.
• Experience with hardware BOM management, NPI, and revision control.

✨ Nice to Have

• Engineering background (mechanical, electrical, or industrial).
• Startup or resource-constrained environment experience.
• Overseas sourcing or assembly line management.
