You'll design critical electrical systems for Mainspring's innovative Linear Generator, a flameless power generation technology. You'll own hardware from concept through manufacturing, tackling subsystems like high voltage batteries and grid-tie inverters. This role offers technical leadership on a world-class product shaping the future of clean energy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design critical electrical systems for the linear generator
• Work on high voltage batteries, inverters, motor drives
• Troubleshoot complex system-level problems
• Define system requirements and verification plans

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on electrical systems design experience
• Technical leadership and project team experience
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Ability to define system-level requirements and verification plans
