💼 About This Role

You'll architect the technical sales engine at Torq, the AI-native autonomous SecOps platform, scaling the organization from $50M to $100M+ ARR. Your mandate is to professionalize the 'Technical Win' by implementing a scalable, repeatable methodology. This role offers the chance to build a world-class global team and be the voice of the customer to Product.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Transition SE organization to a specialized, tiered global hierarchy.
  • Standardize operations across North America, EMEA, and APJ.
  • Redefine Proof of Value process to prove business value.
  • Implement rigorous KPI tracking for technical sales metrics.

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years in Pre-Sales/SE Leadership.
  • Experience scaling an org from $50M to $100M+ ARR.
  • Deep roots in Cybersecurity / SecOps domain.
  • Proven experience implementing sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message).
