💼 About This Role

You'll lead and build the global Corporate Safety and Security function for DoorDash, Deliveroo, and Wolt brands across 40+ countries. You'll own the strategy and execution of physical security infrastructure, emergency preparedness, and workplace violence prevention. This role offers a unique build mandate reporting directly to the Senior Director, Global Safety and Security.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build a unified global access control program
• Stand up emergency preparedness at scale
• Build threat assessment and workplace violence prevention program
• Own event safety and security for corporate events

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years in corporate safety and security
• 7+ years leading security teams
• Experience building global programs from ground up
• Executive presence and operational discipline

• Experience with multi-brand global organizations
• Knowledge of EMEA regulatory compliance
• Background in physical security infrastructure
