💼 About This Role

You'll own NAS unstructured data security strategy for North America, leading a team of AEs to exceed sales objectives. You'll develop comprehensive territory plans, manage pipeline, and evangelize product messaging internally and externally. This role offers impact on protecting the world's data within Rubrik's elite sales organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for NAS products across North America
• Manage and develop a team of sales representatives, including hiring and enablement
• Drive accurate team forecasting and weekly progress meetings
• Participate in strategic planning as key member of Enterprise Management team

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of sales management experience
• Experience working on NAS Infrastructure/Security Enterprise deals
• Proven track record selling technology products and services
• Knowledge of backup, cloud, and datacenter environments
