💼 About This Role

You'll provide rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to adult and geriatric clients in their homes, enabling them to remain independent. You'll make home visits to assess, treat, and educate clients, using state-of-the-art touch pad tablets for documentation. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.

📋 Requirements

• Current New Hampshire Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Graduation from a CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.
