You'll lead a team assembling satellite structural components in a precision manufacturing environment. You'll combine hands-on technical work with team leadership to drive production quality and output. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead small teams of technicians while performing structural assembly
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
• Assemble, drill, and fasten aluminum and composite components
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, and production teams

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year in aerospace, manufacturing, or mechanical assembly
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong communication and team coordination skills

• Experience leading or supervising technicians
• Background in MRO / rework environments
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and quality
