In this hands-on leadership role, you will manage day-to-day operations at our Columbus data collection facility, drive project delivery excellence, and build our local talent pipeline. You'll act as the face of HumanSignal, overseeing everything from client and vendor relations to recruiting and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Columbus facility operations with 100% onsite presence during active projects
• Oversee project execution from setup to completion, ensuring quality standards and timelines
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and team members at the Columbus location
• Build and maintain operational systems for smooth project delivery
• Lead recruiting outreach and develop creative strategies to attract talent in the local market
