You'll manage the full onboarding and implementation process for restaurant merchants, ensuring they are set up for long-term success on the Tebi platform. Your work directly shapes how hospitality adopts transformative technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end merchant onboarding from sales handover through go-live
• Serve as main point of contact for new merchants during implementation
• Conduct training sessions on effective use of Tebi products
• Drive process improvements to streamline onboarding workflows

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or customer success
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
