💼 About This Role

You'll build the Customer Success function from the ground up for a high-growth startup. You will own the full post-sale journey—onboarding, adoption, and retention—for non-technical property companies. This role combines commercial rigor with technical depth to ensure an autonomous AI agent delivers real-world value.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own renewals, health scoring, and expansion ARR opportunities across the portfolio.
  • Lead technical onboarding and adoption to reduce bypass behavior.
  • Serve as voice of customer, escalating product insights to engineering.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success with 2+ years in leadership.
  • Strong technical fluency or solutions engineering background.
  • Proven track record in change management with non-technical users.
