🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining team members
• Manage resident accounts, utility billing, and accounts receivables
• Conduct property inspections to ensure safety and curb appeal
• Support annual turnover process including move-out inspections and unit readiness

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years experience in property management or living communities
• Proficiency in Property Management Systems (Entrata preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-centric mindset with detail orientation

• Experience with Entrata property management software
• Knowledge of local landlord-tenant ordinances
