You'll provide exceptional customer service to C.R. Laurence customers by understanding products, processing orders, and handling payments. You'll build relationships and resolve inquiries in a fast-paced environment. This role is vital to delivering a unique customer experience.

Requirements

• 1 year office support experience in a customer service role
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Organized with ability to prioritize effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to perform simple mathematical calculations

Responsibilities

• Maintain broad knowledge of clients, products, and services
• Document customer interactions and transactions
• Process over-the-counter, phone, fax, and email orders accurately and timely
• Receive and process payments (cash, debit, etc.)
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open communication
