You'll assemble and test avionics hardware for launch vehicles and defense systems in a clean room environment. You'll fabricate cable harnesses and PCB assemblies and perform functional testing to ensure flight-ready quality. This role offers the chance to instruct junior technicians and develop new production processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assemble PCBs and support final vehicle integration.
• Fabricate cable and wire harnesses.
• Operate automated equipment and perform inspections.
• Perform functional testing and document anomalies.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of relevant hands-on technician experience.
• Experience in PCB and cable harness fabrication.
• Experience with electro-mechanical assemblies.

✨ Nice to Have

• Associate degree in electrical discipline.
• IPC or NASA workmanship standards certification.
• Experience at a rocket launch facility.
