You'll serve as the attending physician for patients in skilled nursing facilities, building trust through continuity of care. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as attending physician for patients in assigned skilled nursing facilities.
• Collaborate with NPs/PAs to manage daily patient care and clinical supervision.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions in a patient-centered approach.
• Participate in quality initiatives like Chronic Care Management and Transitional Care.

📋 Requirements

• Hold an active U.S. medical license.
• Be board-certified or board-eligible in an appropriate specialty.
• Qualified specialties include Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
