💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a key legal partner to Anduril's Corporate Development and Supply Chain teams, structuring and negotiating strategic supply agreements and long-term partnerships. Your work will directly ensure supply chain resilience for cutting-edge defense technologies, enabling rapid production and delivery of mission-critical systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate strategic supply agreements and joint development partnerships.
• Advise on legal risks and business terms for critical supply chain arrangements.
• Develop legal frameworks to secure supply and build resilience and redundancy.
• Establish process improvements and templates to accelerate transaction velocity.

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from top-tier accredited law school.
• 10+ years experience in strategic supply chain and complex commercial transactions.
• Active bar membership with ability to practice in California.
• Expertise in structuring multi-year supply agreements and strategic partnerships.

• Experience with defense or government contracting.
• Knowledge of export controls, sanctions, and trade laws.
• Familiarity with AI or autonomous systems technology.
