🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire, mentor, and develop a strong engineering team

• Collaborate with Product on roadmap and prioritization

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years leading engineering teams
• Experience building and scaling production systems
• Experience with distributed systems

• Scaled an engineering team from 5 to 20+ engineers
• Technical depth across NodeJS, Postgres, TypeScript, Kubernetes
• AI-driven or data-heavy product experience
