• Translate long-term business direction into clear engineering priorities
• Set vision and technical direction for hardware-software integration across the OTPU stack
• Own full lifecycle from pre-silicon emulation to sustainment engineering
• Build and lead a high-performing organisation with strong managers

📋 Requirements

• Proven senior engineering leader who has delivered complex hardware-software integration programs across multiple teams
• Deep technical expertise in systems software, firmware, and hardware-software co-development
• Full lifecycle experience shipping hardware from pre-silicon through production
• Scaling expertise in designing teams and developing senior managers

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ASIC bring-up and validation
• Background in BMC/firmware platforms or high-speed interconnect fabrics
• Track record with high reliability expectations and incident management
