Description

You will co-own, design, and scale a high-performance storage layer for network monitoring data, working with customer service, product, and engineering teams to develop new observability features. You'll help define a multi-year technical roadmap and solve challenging data-intensive storage problems.

Requirements

• 7+ years backend development with Go, C, or Rust
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, high-throughput data pipelines
• Experience with Timeseries Databases storage layer (big plus)
• Experience with object storage or distributed filesystems
• Experience designing tiered storage strategies and TTL-based data eviction

Responsibilities

• Co-own, design, and scale high-performance platform storage layer
• Develop new network data observability intelligence features
• Define and lead execution of multi-year technical roadmap for KDE Storage
• Collaborate with engineering, support, and sales teams on storage standards
• Solve high-visibility engineering problems related to data-intensive storage
