You'll own full-cycle Engineering hiring globally, partnering with senior leaders as a strategic advisor on hiring strategy and assessment. Your core impact includes representing Vanta's talent brand and closing top-tier technical talent in competitive markets. ๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through closing, including offer negotiation.
  • Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on hiring strategy and prioritization.
  • Set and uphold high bar for technical hiring via calibrated assessments.
  • Use data to track funnel health and drive hiring efficiency improvements.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting.
  • Strong track record of closing candidates in complex offer scenarios including venture-backed companies.
  • Proven ability to partner with stakeholders from IC to executive level with strategic influence.
  • Deep understanding of technical talent landscape, role scarcity, and competitive dynamics.
