🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify sales activities reps should do but don't and execute them
• Write reactivation emails, segment lists, and connect on LinkedIn
• Build workflows and automations to reduce manual effort
• Codify patterns into playbooks for scaling

📋 Requirements

• 0–5 years of work experience in growth, marketing, sales enablement, or startup roles
• Strong writing skills across emails, posts, scripts, and copy
• Fluent in AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, n8n, or Zapier
• Comfortable writing in another person's voice and style

✨ Nice to Have

• Strong social media skills, especially LinkedIn
• Background in generalist startup roles
