  • 10+ years leading global technical support teams in B2B software/cybersecurity
  • Strong technical background in Linux, networking, cloud, or security
  • Proven experience developing support processes and SLAs in enterprise support
  • Experience managing escalations and KPIs using Salesforce Service Cloud
