Description

You will lead initiatives to improve Starlink customer experience by identifying engineering and product defects, driving operational improvements, and developing predictive models to enhance customer retention. You'll collaborate across departments and use data to inform leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, data science, physics, or other quantitative field
• 1+ years experience in engineering, product management, operations, consulting, or related
• 1+ years experience in Python, SQL, or programming
• Strong analytical skills with Python, SQL, Tableau, etc.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to improve Starlink customer experience through technical analysis and cross-functional prioritization
• Identify engineering and product defects in user experience and drive operational improvements
• Use end-user metrics to uncover drivers of customer lifetime value and drive improvements globally
• Develop and action predictive models to address customer retention issues
• Design and execute A/B tests to validate engagement and retention improvements
