You'll drive retention, proactive consumption, and executive advocacy by building deep relationships with C-suite and technical leaders. - Proactively identify and mitigate complex consumption risks.
- Conduct comprehensive customer business reviews for strategic accounts.
- Lead cross-functional development of account programs.
- Track and report progress against strategic outcomes.
๐ Requirements
- 9-12+ years in a technical customer-facing role.
- 6+ years being accountable for customer health for G2000 accounts.
- Excellent verbal and written skills to influence C-suite outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, STEM, or equivalent.
