You will build and lead a high-performing sales team while personally selling roofing solutions in the field. This player/coach role involves driving growth, cultivating new business, and overseeing your territory's success with full support from leadership and back-office staff.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of residential roofing experience (shingle, tile, metal)
- 2+ years of leadership experience with a track record of building and managing successful teams
- Proven success in both retail and insurance residential roofing sales
- Lead generation via networking, door knocking, and referrals
- Winning attitude and strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Lead from the front in the field (door-to-door, networking, referrals)
- Manage, build and train a sales team to hit and exceed goals
- Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence across retail and insurance-focused sales
- Personally generate sales while guiding team to reach targets
- Collaborate with company leaders, recruiters, and back-office staff for seamless onboarding and support
