Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of residential roofing experience (shingle, tile, metal)
  • 2+ years of leadership experience with a track record of building and managing successful teams
  • Proven success in both retail and insurance residential roofing sales
  • Lead generation via networking, door knocking, and referrals
  • Winning attitude and strong work ethic

Responsibilities

  • Lead from the front in the field (door-to-door, networking, referrals)
  • Manage, build and train a sales team to hit and exceed goals
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence across retail and insurance-focused sales
