You'll lead sales for special events at a major venue, driving revenue through networking and client management. You'll oversee event execution and staff while achieving annual sales goals. This role offers commission earning potential in a dynamic live entertainment environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Network and cold call potential clients to create new business opportunities.
- Create event proposals, budgets, and negotiate deal terms.
- Manage client relationships and advance event details for successful execution.
- Train and manage special event staff, including bar, wait, and security personnel.
๐ Requirements
- BA/BS Degree (4-year) required
- 6-8 years of related work experience
- MS Office Professional Suite proficiency
- Sales experience with ability to foster client relationships
