🎯 What You'll Do

  • Handle customer/vendor inquiries via phone, email, chat.
  • Assist in Tier 1 tech support and troubleshoot issues.
  • Manage chargeback and dispute requests for merchants/partners.
  • Monitor transactions to identify and escalate potential risks.

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 3+ years experience in similar field.
  • 2 years experience in customer service/risk management.
  • Bilingual Mandarin & English preferred.
  • Experience with customer relationship management systems like Fresh Desk.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with risk management software.
  • Ability to use SQL or other database tools.
  • Experience with dashboards and fraud/case management consoles.

  • Rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays for 24/7 support.
