🎯 What You'll Do
- Handle customer/vendor inquiries via phone, email, chat.
- Assist in Tier 1 tech support and troubleshoot issues.
- Manage chargeback and dispute requests for merchants/partners.
- Monitor transactions to identify and escalate potential risks.
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 3+ years experience in similar field.
- 2 years experience in customer service/risk management.
- Bilingual Mandarin & English preferred.
- Experience with customer relationship management systems like Fresh Desk.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with risk management software.
- Ability to use SQL or other database tools.
- Experience with dashboards and fraud/case management consoles.

- Rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays for 24/7 support.
