๐ผ About This Role
You'll design and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy for Roblox across Latin America, serving as the first local marketing hire. Your work spans social, influencer, partner, and event marketing to build a unified brand voice across diverse markets. You will be the fulcrum of all the region's outbound activity.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design a scalable marketing framework for Tier 1 and Tier 2/3 markets
- Oversee transcreation of marketing assets in Spanish and Portuguese
- Lead product launches and prioritize markets based on data and fit
- Build community through influencer partnerships and localized social channels
- Identify and secure presence at key regional conferences and trade shows
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years of marketing experience with a pan-regional focus across Latin America
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese, plus English
- 5+ years in Consumer Tech with understanding of LATAM mobile-first behaviors
- Experience managing marketing in diverse environments with policy nuances
