You'll design and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy for Roblox across Latin America, serving as the first local marketing hire. Your work spans social, influencer, partner, and event marketing to build a unified brand voice across diverse markets. You will be the fulcrum of all the region's outbound activity.

  • Design a scalable marketing framework for Tier 1 and Tier 2/3 markets
  • Oversee transcreation of marketing assets in Spanish and Portuguese
  • Lead product launches and prioritize markets based on data and fit
  • Build community through influencer partnerships and localized social channels
  • Identify and secure presence at key regional conferences and trade shows

  • 8+ years of marketing experience with a pan-regional focus across Latin America
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese, plus English
  • 5+ years in Consumer Tech with understanding of LATAM mobile-first behaviors
  • Experience managing marketing in diverse environments with policy nuances
