You'll lead the DevOps function for the Be The People digital ecosystem, owning CI/CD pipelines, environments, and operational guardrails. You'll balance delivery velocity with reliability and security as a senior individual contributor. This role offers high autonomy and the chance to tackle society's pressing challenges.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead lifecycle management of environments and data seeding
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
• Implement monitoring and observability with Prometheus and Grafana
• Own release management as a go/no-go checkpoint

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of DevOps and Cloud Engineering experience
• 5+ years of professional Cloud Engineering with deep AWS expertise
• Experience with GitHub Actions and Terraform
• Strong proficiency in Python or PowerShell for scripting

✨ Nice to Have

• AWS or Azure certifications
• Experience with regulated or compliance-sensitive environments
• DevSecOps experience including vulnerability management
