Requirements

• MBA strongly preferred
• 4+ years at top-tier management consulting, financial services, or tech company
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Success in high-growth, fast-changing environments
• Deep interest in blockchain, digital assets, and payments ecosystem

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted thought partner to the CEO on internal and external priorities
• Synthesize complex information into concise executive recommendations
• Track competitive and industry developments, connecting dots for actionable insights
• Equip CEO with executive-grade materials for key external engagements
• Drive follow-through on commitments from external engagements
