🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide backend standards and inter-service testing strategies
• Break down multi-quarter projects into iterative deliverables
• Evaluate feature impact using data pipelines and frameworks
• Lead cross-team projects across the full stack (React/Python)

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years at Senior Staff/Principal (L7+) level
• Leadership driving projects across 50+ engineers
• Deep backend expertise in enterprise SaaS products
