You will support Commercial Lines Service Teams by handling tasks like processing endorsements, invoicing, ordering loss runs, and maintaining client portals. Your work ensures smooth client interactions and timely service delivery.

Requirements

• Up to 6 months similar experience preferred
• Strong computer proficiency, MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience with Epic preferred
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's preferred
• Less than 25% travel required

Responsibilities

• Support Commercial Lines Service Teams via AMS, email, phone, and in-person
• Process Auto ID Cards, Claim Reporting, Endorsement Processing, Invoicing, MVRs, Loss Runs
• Upload and build folders in Client-Facing Portal
• Assist Account Managers with tasks assigned through Epic
• Monitor and prioritize workload with attention to detail
