🎯 What You'll Do

  • Oversee accounts receivable follow-up across aging buckets to maximize collections
  • Resolve denials, rejections, claim holds, and billing discrepancies
  • Partner with providers to gather supporting documentation and improve reimbursement
  • Manage clean claim submission workflows and address edits or bottlenecks

  • 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable resolution, denial management, and healthcare billing
  • Prior authorization experience including payer submissions and follow-up
  • Working knowledge of E&M coding, POS rules, telehealth billing, and modifiers
  • Experience using major payer portals such as Availity, Navinet, or PayerCompass
