Description

You will provide 100% remote mental health services for patients accessing care from a Rural Tribal Mental Health Clinic, including intake, therapy, counseling, and behavioral health assessments via video. This part-time position allows you to work from a private office space while maintaining documentation in partner EMR systems and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team context.

Requirements

• Licensed in therapy: LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LMSW
• Clinicians must have active state license
• Professional licensure must enable independent practice
• 1-3 years of experience since obtaining unrestricted license
• Intermediate to advanced experience with technology
• Strong communication skills
• Established and updated CAQH profile strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health services such as intake, therapy and counseling
• Provide video-based behavioral health assessment with patients
• Assist with de-escalation and stabilization
• Phone or video capture any readily available collateral information from other sources
• Analyze psychological/psychosocial aspects of individual interrelationships to gain understanding of an individual’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors
• Provide written recommendation on next level of assessment or care
• Maintain documentation within partner site’s EMR
• Maintain a therapeutic and safe environment for all
• Provide observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team context
• Maintain all required certifications and licenses
