💼 About This Role

You'll own and evolve our OLTP-to-OLAP data pipeline, defining KPIs that drive decisions across engineering, operations, and leadership. You'll turn raw trading and infrastructure data into clear signals that inform weekly reviews and capacity pricing. This role offers direct access to leadership and the chance to shape metrics for a novel GPU market.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and extend OLTP-to-OLAP data infrastructure
• Define and maintain company-wide and team-level KPIs
• Build and iterate on actionable dashboards
• Partner with engineers to instrument new features
• Investigate anomalies and improve pipeline reliability

📋 Requirements

• Strong SQL and data modeling skills
• Experience with ETL pipelines and columnar stores
• Building or maintaining production data pipelines
• Ability to drive ambiguous problems to clear outcomes

• Experience with Rill or similar BI tooling
• Familiarity with marketplace or infrastructure business models
