You will improve our ability to measure our impact in accelerating feature building, leading to better scaled customer experiences. This role offers a chance to work with a global data and AI platform used by over 1,400 firms.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design SMART goals and associated metrics for projects.
• Improve product lifecycle and software development practices.
• Work with stakeholders to design initiatives and projects.
• Improve how the organization identifies customer problems.

📋 Requirements

• Analytical and problem solving mindset
• SQL expertise
• Prior software or data engineering experience
• Comfortable interacting with stakeholders to decompose abstract problems

• Consulting experience
• Proficiency with AI tools (specifically Claude)
• Experience with Databricks or similar data lake platforms
