Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in Client Success or Account Management in SaaS or self-storage industry
  • Experience with consultative selling and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Vitally, Gong)
  • Authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned partners
  • Proactively identify and manage account risk, developing mitigation strategies
  • Communicate partner needs and risk mitigation across internal teams
  • Identify growth opportunities through analysis of product usage and performance trends
  • Lead client conversations to drive adoption, performance, retention, and upsell
