You will manage a portfolio of client relationships, focusing on satisfaction, retention, and product adoption. You'll proactively identify risk, develop mitigation strategies, and collaborate across teams to drive growth and ensure a seamless partner experience.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in Client Success or Account Management in SaaS or self-storage industry
- Experience with consultative selling and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Vitally, Gong)
- Authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned partners
- Proactively identify and manage account risk, developing mitigation strategies
- Communicate partner needs and risk mitigation across internal teams
- Identify growth opportunities through analysis of product usage and performance trends
- Lead client conversations to drive adoption, performance, retention, and upsell
