🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead cross-functional engineering team to deliver embedded compute solutions for vehicle management, DSP, networking
  • Oversee full hardware product development lifecycle from concept through integration and sustainment
  • Establish and optimize product development workflows for hardware and firmware lifecycle
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and strategic roadmaps
  • Manage product development schedules, milestones, and deliverables across the team

πŸ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • 7+ years experience designing complex board designs in military, automotive or similar hardware
  • Proficiency in an HDL language (VHDL, Verilog)
  • Leadership experience taking cross-functional hardware products from concept to deployment

✨ Nice to Have

  • Understanding of real-time operating systems (RTOS) and embedded software design for flight-critical applications
  • Familiarity with DO-254, DO-178C, DO-160, DO-311A
  • Expertise in computer networking and enhanced security measures
