You'll support end-to-end recruiting for product, engineering, and business roles. You'll source candidates and coordinate interviews to keep hiring moving smoothly. This role offers a clear growth path into technical recruiting.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, and job boards
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate interviews and collect feedback from hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
๐ Requirements
- 0โ2 years in recruiting, HR, or operations role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with Google Sheets, Excel, and basic ATS systems

- Prior recruiting experience is a plus
