You'll support end-to-end recruiting for product, engineering, and business roles. You'll source candidates and coordinate interviews to keep hiring moving smoothly. This role offers a clear growth path into technical recruiting.

  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, and job boards
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
  • Coordinate interviews and collect feedback from hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS

  • 0โ€“2 years in recruiting, HR, or operations role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort with Google Sheets, Excel, and basic ATS systems
