You'll contribute direct lending and private credit expertise to train an AI model for an elite lab. Your insights will help improve deal underwriting, structuring, and portfolio management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop training data for AI models on private credit underwriting
• Structure and assess credit facilities across the private credit spectrum
• Monitor and review loan documentation and portfolio performance

📋 Requirements

• 3–8 years private credit or direct lending experience
• Associate, VP, or Director level
• Credit underwriting skills including financial modeling and covenant analysis
• Experience structuring first lien, unitranche, or mezzanine facilities

• Familiarity with loan documentation and amendment processes
• Experience at BDCs or direct lending platforms
