• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Diagnose faults and repair breakdowns quickly to minimize service interruptions.
• Supervise safety systems, lighting, and emergency equipment functionality.
• Maintain accurate records of interventions, inspections, and repairs.
• Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and materials for daily maintenance.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in facilities maintenance (preferably in hotels or similar environments).
• Knowledge of electricity and plumbing with effective problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with HVAC systems (a plus).
