💼 About This Role

You'll lead and grow a team of freelance Field Sales Associates across the North West of England, driving regional performance through recruitment, coaching, and inspiration. Your focus will be to accelerate growth in one of the UK's most commercially dynamic regions. This is a permanent, full-time employee position with autonomy and flexibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and coach ~15 freelance Field Sales Associates to meet regional targets
• Recruit and onboard top-performing freelancers aligned with company values
• Conduct joint field visits to coach prospecting, pitching, and closing techniques
• Monitor performance metrics and provide data-driven feedback

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience managing freelance or self-employed field sales teams
• Hands-on field sales experience with strong commercial acumen
• Excellent communication and coaching skills with remote team management
• Proficiency with data and KPIs to guide decisions
