💼 About This Role

You'll lead and evolve the influencer strategy for Good American, a fully inclusive fashion brand. You'll drive revenue through organic, affiliate, and paid channels, owning TikTok Shop and UGC partnerships. This role offers the chance to shape cultural moments with top talent and creators.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own influencer marketing channel with accountability for engagement and conversion
• Develop full-funnel influencer strategy across organic, affiliate, and paid channels
• Grow TikTok Shop and affiliate partnerships with eCommerce and Performance Marketing
• Concept and execute influencer-led events and experiences

📋 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in influencer marketing or talent partnerships
• Proven experience owning influencer as a revenue-driving channel
• Strong expertise in TikTok Shop and affiliate marketing ecosystems
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing talent relationships

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in fashion or consumer brands
• Experience leading influencer events or experiential activations
• Familiarity with UGC and paid media integration
