💼 About This Role

You'll manage a portfolio of high-touch real estate agents, serving as their day-to-day contact and promoting adoption of Compass technology. Your core impact is ensuring agents deliver exceptional service through training, marketing support, and strategic recommendations. This role is 100% in-office in Downtown Naples, Florida.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage portfolio of high-touch customers via calls, emails, and in-person meetings
• Promote adoption of Compass technology through 1:1 support and group training
• Provide marketing support by creating collateral from templates
• Partner with Onboarding team for new customer welcome logistics

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, office management, hospitality, or operations
• Ability to work in-office during standard operating hours
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous experience in real estate
• Experience with live or remote training
• Experience with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence)
