Description
In this role, you will manage global operational excellence projects within the Customer Experience Group. You'll focus on automation of customer service and support, process optimization, and operations team performance improvement. You'll use low-code tools and data analysis to drive improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering
- 0-3 years experience in data-heavy operations, software development, or process automation
- Skilled in SQL, VBA, Tableau; programming in JavaScript or Python
- Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills
- Excellent English communication; ability to work in a multicultural environment
Responsibilities
- Identify business issues and develop testable hypotheses for improvement
- Lead operational flows configuration analysis for process improvement and automation
- Encode process flows on agent interface using low-code JavaScript tool (up to 60% of work)
- Lead User Acceptance Testing and launch new processes globally
- Analyze data to ensure process outputs, identify risks, and propose solutions
