💼 About This Role

You'll provide social and recreational support to adults with developmental disabilities, helping them build relationships and experiences in their homes and communities. You'll work independently within a small team, ensuring integration into community activities and providing protective supervision and advocacy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide social and recreational support to consumers
• Assist with development of circle of support and relationships
• Provide daily living skills training and support
• Transport consumers using own car or public transit

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus related experience
• Valid California driver's license, clear driving record, and auto insurance
• DOJ fingerprint clearance for criminal background check
• Experience working with people with disabilities in a rehabilitation environment
