💼 About This Role

You'll perform administrative services for patient check-in/out and support clinic flow at a community health center serving Asian communities. You'll ensure a welcoming environment and efficient patient flow while handling insurance verification, scheduling, and referrals. This role requires Cantonese bilingual skills and a commitment to community health.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet and register patients, verify insurance and collect payments
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage reminders
• Process referrals and input data into electronic health records
• Rotate across PEDS, Radiology, adults, lobby, and ARC

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Two years' clinic experience
• Cantonese bilingual skills
