You'll join the HR Operations team to process employee lifecycle transactions in Workday HCM and manage cases through ServiceNow. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage HR inquiries through ServiceNow, email, and Slack.
• Process HR data entry for employee transitions in Workday HCM.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding case tasks in ServiceNow.
• Respond to HR service requests on policies and benefits.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of HR, administrative, or customer service experience
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
• Familiarity with HRIS systems (Workday experience a plus)
• Proficiency in English required

• Pursuing HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR)
